Family Friendly Reserva Conchal Retreat

We enjoyed our stay however we faced unexpected inconveniences in the kitchen of this condo. We enjoy cooking meals and this particular unit was lacking many basics. There was not enough cooking pans and pots, no cookie sheets to use the oven and all the knives were dull which it’s dangerous. The grill had no utensils or lighter available. Also some beds were uncomfortable. The good - this condo was spacious and the AC worked well. However I wouldn’t be able to recommend unless you are not planning to use the kitchen! Ohana did respond to my emails quickly when I had questions.

Comfortable 3 bedroom condo in lovely Reserva Conchal. Beach club is great. Gym is excellent. In good location between Tamarindo and playa Flamingo. Excellent communication.

The property was wonderful, and the concierge and hospitality office were very helpful. You will want to book the golf cart in advance, so that you have it when you arrive (we didn't quite understand, so we didn't have one the night we arrived, and wish we did). The concierge was helpful but not always available, and we found that connecting with the on-site Hospitality office was often faster. Either concierge or hospitality can help with reservations for everything needed, including airport shuttle. Beautiful beaches, monkeys, and so much fun!
